JOB SUMMARY: Coordinates Leasing and Lease Administration day-to-day tasks. Maintains tenant insurance compliance and lease abstract documents. Assists Leasing, Lease Administration and Construction departments. Coordinate and design marketing documents for the Company.  Maintains company website, plans ISCS events, and designs files based on Regency's brand guide.

Education:Bachelor's degree/Degree in business, marketing preferred.  

Experience:Work history including Lease Administration and Marketing activities is a plus.

Skills: Skillful in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint. Knowledge of Wordpress or Constant Contact a plus. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to compose professional correspondence and perform a variety of work assignments.  Ability to multitask with a variety of projects and complete tasks as directed. Able to demonstrate language, math and reasoning skills consistent with those in similar level positions.

Requirements: Has a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation means available.  Occasional travel is required. Regular and reliable attendance.


Supports Lease Administration processes and completes all checklist tasks for any documentation that flows through the Leasing and Lease Administration Department. Assists Sr. Manager of Lease Administration with daily, weekly, and monthly document processing and checklist requirements for document signing.


  • Monitors lease expiration and renewal information and provides reports and details to Sr. Manager of Lease Administration. Keeps Lease Administration spreadsheet up to date with Dark Tenants and other Tenant statuses.
  • Assists Sr. Manager of Lease Administration with drafting license agreement documents.
  • Updates and maintains lease abstracts for all Regency leases.
  • Takes notes and minutes and follows up on to-do items from Real Estate Committee meetings.
  • Updates and maintains contacts in the Yardi system, as needed.
  • Prepares mailings, overnight packages, and certified mail for Leasing, Lease Administration, and Construction. Verifies that properties that need to be charged for mailings are being billed.
  • Monitor and maintain Tenant insurance module and work with Regency insurance agent on tenants' compliance. Issues Non-Compliance or Default notices with direction from Lease Administration Department.   
  • Assists Construction with obtaining inspection reports, by working with Property Management Coordinators.
  • Supports marketing day-to-day processes and development activity by designing graphics as needed.
  • Maintains updates and elevates company's website and property site pages.  Works with Marketing agency and Sr. Director of Lease Administration and Marketing to keep information accurate.   Limits money spent with agency and finds creative ways to do more in house.
  • Assists in maintaining a comprehensive sign package of all Regency's holdings. Works to make sure all signage on property is accurate, current, and hung properly.
  • Organizes and coordinates annual trade show exhibitions per ICSC and Las Vegas Convention Hall requirements.  Arranges transportation and storage of booth.  Oversees booth changes and graphic updates. Ensure all details the week of the event are completed. Orders supplies as needed for ICSC.  Collects analytics of ICSC Recon and reports back to all parties as needed.
  • Runs demographic reports annually and updates information to website and company documents.
  • Oversees Regency Properties online store for employees to order Regency gear.  Updates the store inventory, ensures invoices are paid and serves as liaison between employees and the vendor.
  • Writes all press releases on behalf of the company in assistance with the Sr. Director of Lease Administration and Marketing. Follows Press Release process in order to get approval. Once approval is given, uploads press releases to the company website.  
  • Performs other duties and special projects, as assigned.
