Responsible for preparing financial and credit analysis to make recommendations to the Director of Finance in managing the capital structure of enterprise and approving leases. Acts as back up for updating and maintaining company's daily cash position for the Treasury Analyst. Performs analysis for a variety of business functions including but not limited to budgeting, acquisitions, new business, and risk management. Responsible for determining, collecting and interpreting data, and preparing reports and making recommendations to the Director of Finance for the creditworthiness of tenants and concentration of tenants within the portfolio.

Acts as back up for updating and maintaining company's daily cash position for the Treasury Analyst. Performs analysis for a variety of business functions including but not limited to budgeting, acquisitions, new business, and risk management. Responsible for determining, collecting and interpreting data, and preparing reports and making recommendations to the Director of Finance for the creditworthiness of tenants and concentration of tenants 1. Assist the Director of Finance in preparing the following reports and analysis on a monthly/quarterly basis:
a. Debt Covenant Testing
b. Debt Reporting
2. Assist the Director of Finance in preparation of ad hoc reports and analysis in support of financing activities.
3. Provide analysis and recommendations to assist in the annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasting process of the company.
4. Prior to a lease being signed with a new tenant, gather tenant's credit and financial information from various sources available, and present your recommendations of the tenant's credit worthiness and potential risks to Director of Finance as part of the lease approval process.
5. Prepare credit analysis and recommendations for lease renewals, terminations, and amendments for the leasing department and Director of Finance.
6. Prepare the following monthly reports and present analysis and recommendations to the Director of Finance:
a. Concentration of Risk Ranked by Annualized Base Rent and Gross Leasable Area
b. Comparison to REITs
c. Concentration of Top 50% Tenants by Property
d. Concentration of Top 10 Tenants
e. Geographic Concentration
f. Credit Analysis of Tenants Comprising 50% of Annual Base Rental Revenue
g. Composite Score of Credit Worthiness for top 50% of Annual Base Rent Tenants
7. Continually research new ways to monitor tenant and industry credit risk and propose revisions/enhancements to Regency's current credit analysis processes.
8. Serve as a backup for the Treasury Analyst in preparing the daily cash balance and processing tenant and vendor payments.
9. Preform additional duties and/or project work as assigned.
