JOB SUMMARY: Supervises treasury and finance functions to include cash management and preparation of financial and credit analysis to support CFO in managing capital structure of enterprise and approving leases. Engages in financial analysis in such areas as forecasting, budgeting, acquisitions, new business, and risk management.

EMPLOYEES SUPERVISED: Treasury Analyst and others as assigned

SPECIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required. MBA, a plus.

Experience: Minimum five years' experience in financial and credit analysis. Strong candidates will have a background in real estate as well as a strong aptitude in finance, accounting or economics.

Skills: Strong analytical skills, knowledge of real estate finance terminology and firm understanding of financing concepts. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with Argus software, a plus. Ability to identify risks and make recommendations to mitigate those risks. Exhibits responsibility, flexibility and ability to work independently.

Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation means available. Occasional travel may be required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Plans and supervises activities by performing the following duties, personally or through subordinates.
1. Supervise the operations of treasury and finance, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
2. Supervise treasury process to ensure adequate liquidity for daily working capital.
3. Responsible for maintaining current and future debt schedules. Monitor, calculate and report all debt covenant ratios and provide financial variance analysis to CFO.
4. Maintain proper documentation and monitor compliance of all debt covenants.
5. Assist CFO in the efforts to raise capital for the CSP program to include updating and maintaining company's internal document.
6. For new debt instruments being considered, prepare a comparison summary of all lenders' Term Sheets. Analyze and present findings, including identification of risks and other points of interest to CFO.
7. Responsible for development and implementation of loan abstracts noting the terms, collateral and other highlights of the loan and prepare annual bank presentation materials for annual bank meetings. Attend annual bank meetings.
8. Support CFO in preparation of ad hoc reports and analysis in support of financing activities.
9. Support CFO in maintaining relationships with current and future debt and equity sources.
10. Participate in the annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasting process of the company.
11. Provide support in the preparation of Regency's annual valuation process.
12. Prior to a lease being signed with a new tenant, gather tenant's credit information from various sources available, and report their credit worthiness and potential risks to the CFO prior to a lease being signed with a new tenant.
13. Provide required reports in a timely manner on a quarterly basis.
14. For tenants identified as high risk, monitor their industry and individual credit status, monthly.
15. Create and manage Regency's tenant credit policy manual.
16. Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned.
